Support that meets you where you are.
Whether you're in crisis right now, looking for ongoing counselling, struggling financially, or just need to talk to someone who gets the work, start here. Everything on this page is free to access.
The people who get it because they live it.
Sometimes the most useful conversation isn't with a clinician. It's with someone who's been in the back of the van at 3am, or who's also wondering how to pay rent between FACTOR cycles. Peer support is built around that.
Online peer circles
Small, facilitated video groups for working artists, touring crew, and managers. Drop-in or cohort-based, starting Year 1.
In-person meet-ups
Coffee & conversation gatherings in music cities and small towns across Canada, held in music-friendly venues, not clinical settings.
Affinity spaces
Dedicated groups for Indigenous artists, Black artists, 2SLGBTQ+ music workers, and families of touring artists. Led by community.
Want to help facilitate?
We're recruiting peer facilitators from across the Canadian music community. Lived experience in the industry is the qualification. Training and a small honorarium provided.
